Training

Description

Training helps to deepen the knowledge and to equip resource persons, managers and employers on their obligation regarding harassment. Training helps them to reinforce their autonomy to manage and intervene in a case if need be.

Characteristics

Target audience: employers, managers, board members, HR department, union and all other resource persons or those who intervene directly with victims. / Duration: about 3 hours / Format: Face-to-face or virtual / Personnalized quote prepared depending on needs and conditions.

Awareness session

Description

Awareness sessions demystify psychological and discriminatory harassment, including sexual harassment, at work. They also aim to equip participants to help them recognize its manifestations, to react properly and to know their rights and recourses.

Target audience: staff members, participants in community programs or activities, future workers, students, etc. / Duration: about 1h30 to 2h / Format: Face-to-face or virtual / Evaluation of needs and conditions.

Workshop

Description

The workshops are moment of interactive exchange allowing to deepen knowledge on a particular theme (reception of a victime disclosure, sexual harassment, LGBTQ2S+ realities, prevention of cultural conflicts, policy, etc.). The workshops raise awareness more particularly on some aspects of harassment at work, through the participants' experiences. It is possible to create new themes according to your needs.

Please be aware that these activities focus on the realities of people who identify as women, including the plurality of existing female identities.
