Complaints Department
Clients for whom the file is transferred from the Hep and Information Department to the Complaints Department are offered support and/or representation in the different steps that may result from a harassment situation.
A mediation or conciliation process
A process of revision or appeal
An investigation process
A hearing at an administrative court
The Complaints Department can also intervene with different institutions such as insurance companies and government departments. The counselors make sure the clientele is well informed of their rights as well as the several options that may result from their situation.
The services offered by the complaints department are reassessed at each stage of the file.
The counselors accompany the clientele in assessing their needs and help them identify the best solution for them.
