Complaints Department

Clients whose file is transferred to the Complaints Department may receive support and/or representation for procedures related to a workplace harassment situation that falls within our area of expertise.

This department can offer assistance during different steps, such as:

  • A mediation or conciliation process
  • A process of revision or appeal
  • An investigation process
  • A hearing at an administrative court

In some cases, the Complaints Department can also intervene with various institutions. The counselors ensure that clients are informed of their rights as well as the various options available to them. 

Throughout the process, services are reassessed step by step based on the progress of the file. The counselors support clients in identifying their needs to guide them toward the most appropriate solutions for their situation.
